Forensics Trip to Museum of Natural History

On December 1st, students interested in pursuing a career in forensics, went on a trip to the Museum of Natural History. A dozen students learned about how to use forensic anthropology techniques to interpret the age, gender, and stature of an individual skeleton. Using a cast of a human skeleton, gel electrophoresis images, and a missing persons database, students learned how to determine the identity of an individual. All those who attended had an amazing time. ~ Margo Dweck, Class of 2017
